The difference between forged and cast wheels is the difference in the way they are produced and processed: forging involves the use of a steel die in which a heated and softened block of aluminum is placed, shaped by stamping, and then machined after it has cooled;
The difference between forging and casting wheels is the different ways of production and processing: forging is the use of steel molds, will be heated and softened aluminum block placed in it, with the stamping method to make it shape, to be cooled and then made by machining; casting wheel is the melted aluminum water cast in a sand mold, to be cooled and shaped and then manufactured by machining. Forging is a use of forging machinery on the metal billet pressure to produce plastic deformation in order to obtain a certain mechanical properties, a certain shape and size of the forging processing methods, casting hub is the inner contour of the tire to support the tire barrel-shaped, the center of the metal parts mounted on the shaft.
